How to get rid of pimples naturally

Lifestyle factors:

Get enough sleep

Yes, the expression "get your beauty rest" is actually a good advice. Stress is one of the biggest causes of acne and sleep is one of the best natural stress relievers out there.

When we sleep, healing happens, and at the same time it is a good time to apply a remedy for home and make it work to eliminate toxins that can cause acne. The psychiatric clinics in North America report that stress is a factor that affects all organs. Although it is easy to forget, the skin is an organ. In fact, it is your biggest organ! Getting enough rest can help reduce acne-associated stress.

Change your diet

Eliminating sugar, drinking lots of water and getting your omega-3 food can make a difference. Too much sugar can cause insulin pens, which can cause inflammation in the skin and clog the pores. Water, on the other hand, hydrates and it seems that we can not get enough of it. Make sure you take at least half of your body weight in grams every day.

Hydrated skin provides the right moisture balance and balance that the skin needs. In addition, water helps flush away toxins, something we need every day. And those omega-3's are pretty good at reducing inflammation. Wild caught salmon is one of my favorite sources, alongside sardines, walnuts, linseed oil and almonds.

Get daily exercise

Physical exercise not only helps you with fitness, but it can also help to reduce acne-prone skin irritations. That's right, add the use of how you can remove pimples from the list of exercise benefits. Exercise provides stress relief while the blood circulates. This blood-curdling activity sends oxygen to your skin cells, removing dead cells from the body.

Clean and exfoliate

Clean skin is a fairly clear need for an acne-free face and body. You want to make sure that you use the correct cleaning methods and carefully exfoliate. I always look for pure options, such as Castile soap. Castilla soap offers a gentle way to clean with vegetable ingredients such as olive oil.

To gently exfoliate, consider combining local or Manuka honey, which is highly antibacterial, with a small amount of coffee grounds. Follow it with one of the other options for getting rid of pimples that I list below.

Natural remedies

The American Academy of Dermatology states that it is important to treat acne, although you often hear that you have to let it "walk." The problem with this is that dark spots and permanent scars can appear on the skin. Moreover, clear skin can have a positive effect on a person's self-confidence.

There are many natural treatments for getting rid of pimples and some that can dissolve these ugly pimples at night, such as essential oils for acne that you can use at home.

Here are some of my favorite natural remedies for getting rid of pimples:

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil, also known as melaleuca, is one of my favorite and most recommended remedies for acne because it has amazing microbial properties that help fight the bacteria causing acne. A study published in the Australasian Journal of Dermatology revealed that tea tree oil yields positive results for mild acne without serious side effects. The study asked participants to apply tea oil oil twice a day for three months on the affected part of the face, with assessments being carried out after 4, 8 and 12 weeks of use. The acne was reduced, making tea tree oil a good choice to remove pimples. By mixing it with a little bit of coconut oil and then applying it to the face and the affected areas, you can potentially reduce and even eliminate acne in a short time. You may find great results with my honey and tea tree oil facial cleansing recipe.

Rosemary essential oil

Rosemary oil has been around for years and is used topically for acne and inflamed skin. A Chinese study concluded that essential oil of rosemary helps to reduce acne because of its antibacterial effects. To better understand the effects, the study increased the concentration of the essential oil of rosemary, resulting in severely damaged bacterial bodies. Treated bacteria eventually led to bacterial death.

Coconut oil

It is no surprise that coconut oil can help because it is so useful in just about everything. But there is a reason for that. Coconut oil contains properties that promote the elimination of bacteria, so there is so much use of coconut oil for the skin. Lauric acid is the main ingredient in coconut oil and this acid makes it an effective treatment against acne because it produces antibacterial results.

Apricot seed oil

Apricot seeds can be a good option for removing pimples. A recent study published in Phytotherapy Research notes that the phytonutrients and antimicrobial properties of apricot essential oil obtained from apricot seeds can help to provide radiant skin. Essential apricot oil showed antimicrobial activity against a range of bacteria and yeasts that were tested, indicating its potential benefits of preventing and minimizing acne.
