My husband had tennis elbow a few years back. He mentioned it to his chiropractor. The chiropractor did one movement on him, and made it all better. But it needs to be someone who knows about manipulation of elbows and knees. I don't know if that would help you?

Don't think it would. I've seen the MRI on it and it's the tendons in one small spot. Feels good right now, as the doc gave me a cortisone shot. He explained that working it will not damage it, wasn't damaging it when it hurt....it just hurt...a lot. Going to start physical therapy on Monday.
The shots are supposed to last 3-4 months. Worse case scenario.....I'll get 3-4 shots a year. I can live with that if I must.....but gonna try and therapy it out.
