Ghana Community STEEMFAST-JET (SFJ) Weekly Report: Week 02

in #ghana6 years ago (edited)

This is the second of the weekly reports on the STEEMFAST-JET(SFJ) of the Ghana community. This project was initiated to promote an accelerated growth rate within members of @steemighana.

The recommendations that were suggested by the SFJ committee captured in last week's report were implemented in running the project for the past week which begun on Sunday, the 14th of January and ended on Saturday January 20th. The committee was also charged to track down returns to the booster account and data on this was pegged to be used to evict participants as several people are on the waiting list to join the project.

After few days of activity the committee came out with findings that suggested that the initial number of 30 participants should be left constant in order to give maximum support to the most deserving. It was then agreed that every week there would be evictions from the program when a member falls in any of the following categories;

  1. Inactivity which is defined as less than 6 quality posts (including comments) in one cycle (one week).
  2. Poor quality work making more than 60% of a participant's weekly posts; poor work is defined as not meeting the general standard of 250 word counts, relevance and originality.
  3. Inability to payback amount due before the close of the next week (this leaves about 6 days window when payment for previous week is expected from each participant)
  4. Any other behavior that can jeopardize the aims of SFJ as found by the upvoting committee.

The above regulations are meant to help achieve the main objectives of SFJ which includes promoting quality work as well as helping accelerate the growth of participants. This cannot be achieved when there is too much inactivity, poor quality work or if we fail to payback what is due us.

In line with the above, the following participants have been evicted due to inability to pay back what was due them before the close of the week despite all payouts being duly received;

  1. @ppmdapare
  2. @monyari

The following were evicted for inactivity;

  1. @asarefrederick
  2. @teslakumi
  3. @kester282

The following participants are on probation for next week (21st to 27th ) due to inactivity;

  1. @Macmari
  2. @Kshemen
  3. @Debbynep

Below is the updated list of participants that will continue in the project for the coming week (21st to 27th)

The participants in italics are on probation and are advised to adjust accordingly in order to continue the project.

This evictions have opened room for 5 new participants to join the project. Registrations are opened from now till the first five tokens are received. The first five people to send in their tokens shall automatically be enlisted onto the project. If you happen to send in your tokens after the first five members your token shall be refunded. Registration wont be accepted from evicted participants for the next 60 days.

Please Note:Before you opt into the project make sure you are ready to conform with the regulations because evictions from the project may come with some long lasting consequences!
