I've been running into more and more articles talking about Minecraft being a good fit for blockchain gaming, so I think you are headed in a good direction, and choosing Hive is a good fit. WAX has become so transaction heavy it has slowed down a lot and has other issues with some games. Hive seems to me to be a more stable blockchain. This paper is a good start. Looking forward to where things go from here.
