Welcome to Steem Monsters!
Steem Monsters is a decentralized trading card game, built on the Steem blockchain. Each card is encoded into the blockchain and serves as a digital asset, which is incredibly secure and cannot be copied. Players use their cards in battles and tournaments and can transfer their cards and gift them or sell them to others.
The Steem blockchain powers the fantastic social media platform Steemit, which you see before you. A free Steemit registration is included in each of the starter packs I am giving away.

Today's Scenario
You woke up early because all night in bed, you couldn't stop thinking what you could do to help these villagers living in terror of this warlord and his undead Horde. These people were living a horror story that could be seen with the naked eye.
As you sat at the table to have breakfast with the mayor and his family, you asked him why the governors were doing nothing to dismantle this group of bandits that attacks the towns. He explained to you that fear has taken over this area.*
Upon thinking for a moment, you spoke and said that you would be the intermediary for the towns attacked by these bandits. That together you could all defeat pure evil, just as you had escaped in the forest.
In the course of the afternoon, you left the village with a clear objective to unite each town and village so that the armies and the villagers would prepare for war. The mayor sent you with a signed letter asking others to join in this grand defensive union.
A couple hours after leaving the village, following the directions given to you by the Mayor, you notice a group of five individuals walking the opposite direction. Their clothes are ragged, but they each carry a club, or stave of some sort, and you can tell that they have spotted you. They continue in your direction.
Do you approach them, attempt to go around, or turn back?

I make use of stealth to creep and follow them, to further observe them.
By the way, are regular steemians allowed to participate? Or only people who are new to SM? I still find this fun, either way ;)

I would throw a smoke bomb, draw my gun and shoot them, steal them and return to the village in search of honor and more wealth.
Because they look like that, they're probably bandits, so I'd rather attack first and not take the risk and being attacked.
I approach them to investigate more thoroughly. When I see them I can suppose that their night has not been at all quiet, I ask what has happened to them and where they come from. A woman with a look between disappointment, misfortune and fatigue is what answers me:
"We came from a town not far from here," he pauses briefly, while inspecting that it is the right place to say the following: "We were ambushed during the night, while we all rested." We took the first thing we could, these wooden sticks that we used as stakes, but for many of those that we fight, we can not contained and the few survivors escape. "
"Did not you see who attacked them?" I ask already knowing the answer.
"Bandits," she replies. "The strangest thing was that his army was a Horde not killed."
I ask them then if they are passing through or they plan to stay, the disoriented woman tells me that they prefer to ask for shelter from the mayor and then, I tell her which is the shortest way to get there.
"But wait," she stops me, "before we escaped, we could see where our attackers were heading, they were heading north, and in that direction it will not be long before they reach the town next to ours. "
I appreciate the information and let them continue on their way, then, with the new news, I arm myself with the best I can and I go to the address that the woman had indicated, hoping to find more people who need help and maybe I can convince to join our cause.
To intermidiate in the union of the peoples I must listen to all of them, so this time I approach the people who are heading towards me to try to understand what has happened to them and how I can help them.
I attempt to go around and if they follow me I approach to offer them a reward for helping me to accomplish the task that the Mayor has given me.
After going through all of this I'd tried to convince them to join the Defensive Union so they can help the village.
