Maldivian World Adventure Society (WAS) Ambassador to work with famous Albanian Hip-Hop Rapper sensation to spread awareness to protect endangered Sharks in Maldives.

Who would have thought that a carefree Hip-Hop Rapper who jet-sets around the Worlds top clubs to perform on his sold out gigs would one day turn into conservationist. Gjiko, the hip-hop Rap sensation from Albania was vacationing at a private island of Maldives early this year when he was seen fishing a Shark and throwing the Shark on sand. His girlfriend proudly posted the video and the photos of him fishing the shark on her Instagram.
Thousands of his fans on Instagram immediately cheered on him giving resounding thumbs up for his seemingly heroic act of hooking a Shark but one person. World Adventure Society (WAS) ambassador from Maldives, Mr. Shaff Naeem took on his this act of the Rapper to be illegal and barbaric. He reached out to Gjiko via Instagram, Facebook and Viber and took the matter strongly with him to point what he did was NOT an acceptable behavior and he must correct it. After talking to Shaff, Gjiko did realize his grave mistake and has apologized to the people of Maldives and has gone one step further. He now wants to return to Maldives and embark on a mission to save these endangered creatures. Gjiko and Shaff are working on plans to raise funds and carrying out the "Save the Sharks" program.
Gjiko is person of great influence, he has millions of fans across the globe. You can imagine how successful his involvement will be for this worthy cause. We wish Gjiko and Shaff a great success to protect many millions of Sharks in the days to come.
