The Blacklist Notifier is a simple plugin that checks the Global Blacklist API when you visit a post, comment, or profile of a Steem user on all of the popular Steem front ends and notifies you if they are on a blacklist. That's it!. It is a big time saver when curating and reading content on Steem.
The extension is free and is available in the Google Web Store for Google Chrome. It is not currently available to Firefox users. If there is a big demand, I will consider writing on for Firefox. It does work in the latest version of Brave browser.

I tried it on the example shown in the post and nothing happened. Does it show on profiles too, or only on posts? what about when Steempeak pops posts out (opens in frame)?
Edit: just tried a couple more and it definitely is popping out the warning on steemit but not on steempeak. Do I need to update my version or does that happen automatically?

hmm, it was working on SteemPeak, will need to do some debugging and see if something changed.
I was working on steemit.com, busy.org, steempeak.com, I had some problems getting steeve.app working and haven't gotten back to it.
You will automatically get updates within 5 hours of a patch.
I find it useful to see if someone has already been recognised as an abuser. Then I'm more likely to flag them if they are still buying votes. It's a shame and bots won't blacklist them. Thanks for massing this available
