Taking a moment at the end of a day to celebrate the accomplishments, learn from the mistakes and to just get quiet is a fantastic way to spend the golden hour. It helps renew the body and balances out the day. Many of us lead lives filled with stress and challenges... Challenge is good in how it can make us better... But, it needs to be balanced too.
Opening the door to a world of peace and relaxation can be a great way to keep balanced.
