Possibly. Maybe there is a lesson for me there? I don't have the mental bandwidth to figure out what that lesson is right now. I am guessing I will figure it out one day though. I look forward to that day, I sincerely do.
If you look at my comments on the proposal, I was conflicted; I mean dam, I am still conflicted lol. I basically agree with it and don't agree with it at the same time. It is like I just got split into 2 and now I am in 2 different realities at the same time.
The best I can do is take a step and get some space from the Hive. But I haven't made that space yet. I want to finish hosting this party.
How long will this party last? Who knows but it seems to be going pretty well.

Personally, I agree with all the reasons for not voting in favor of the proposal, and I didn't want to vote for it, but in the end, what carried the most weight was that no one is willing to do the essential work that Crim does, and this is precisely the moment when it is needed most.

But yea in terms of me supporting it now, I’m still conflicted about the proposal. It had enough support before I supported it so my support of the proposal was mostly symbolic.
Like obviously we need someone who does work with the exchanges and if she has been doing that work I think she should get paid.
And that work she has been doing is not easy. Basically she is getting $15k a year over a 6 year period. That doesn’t seem fair to me. I would think for that type of work the pay should be higher.
So she is basically still getting a bad deal imo but if that’s what she wants, fine, I’ll vote for it.
I could write a long post about the things I do like about it and don’t like about it, but it would be a lot of work to do that post and I just just don’t have the energy; I would rather just focus on having a good time 😃

I voted for her too. I think she's doing a job that very few would dare to do in Hive. She deserves to be paid for her effort. I know my vote isn't necessary or important, like yours; it's a symbolic vote.
