The $ 1.1 billion purchase deal between Google and HTC completed.
In September last year Google and HTC announced an $ 1.1 billion deal. Google had to pay 1.1 billion dollars for its employees and some private property. The Taiwan Investment Commission approved the deal in December. Google has officially called the HTC team to Google.
Under this deal, HTC 2000 engineers who were involved in the manufacture of Google Pixel 2 smartphones and its successors will now work for Google. All engineers will now work on Google's engineering site in Taiwan .
