When i was visited in Hokkaido,Japan for snowboarding, went to famous restaurant with soup curry.
Basically soup curry made of curry and spice like normal one. But the soup so flavor and delicious than another’s curry restaurant.
The combination of curry soup and ingredients like chicken, local vegetables .
If you go to Hokkaido in the future, don’t missed soup curry.
