L.Oyun-Erdene, the Prime Minister and leader of the ruling party, who could not control and control the spread of the plague, instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for the loss of hundreds of people, risked his health and life more and more. The DIGITAL NATION, ranked 62nd out of 64 countries in terms of digital competitiveness, was announced by B.Bolor-Erdene, the head of the Communications and Information Technology Department.

The Global Competitiveness Center estimates the competitiveness of the digital world on a total of 52 indicators, including three key indicators: knowledge , technology , and readiness for the future , and nine sub-factors.

Of the 52 indicators, 32 were based on statistical surveys and 20 were questionnaires. In Mongolia, each of the three main indicators was reported to be lagging behind.

At the same time, the quality of the knowledge level was very low, and the technology and future readiness fell by 1-3 places, which was a disgrace.

In other words, Mongolia's overall digital competitiveness score decreased from 43.68 in 2020 to 2.6 points this year to 40.69 this year after L.Oyun-Erdene, who calls himself fully digital, became the head of the Government. The difference between Erdene and the Prime Minister's work has been shown internationally.

It also highlights the fact that our country is a sham.

These include IT organizations, which are leading the way in terms of investment in staff training and the use of smartphones, but are lagging behind in terms of knowledge sharing, cybersecurity, international experience, intellectual property regulation, and research and development. became extreme.

It is a shame that Mongolia's digital competitiveness has dropped three places in the world under L.Oyun-Erdene and B.Bolor-Erdene.
