Honestly I think restaurants, hotels etc could lower prices a lot and still breakeven or better. Some prices are fanciful in cities I've visited.

If it is deemed safe enough to reopen there should be decent deals available on travel, hotels, airbnbs, restaurants etc. And the companies that choose not to lower prices and just fucking moan about it to the government or whoever will listen should be allowed to fail.

This situation presents a huge leveling of the playing field and untold opportunity to gain market share, customer confidence etc.

If a hotel can't sell a room for 300 dollars a night per person then drop the price until you can sell it. A trickle back of customers can lead to a wave and tsunami. Risk of infection to Corona has to be minimised also.
