This is fine in theory. It's a good theory based on good economics. It makes sense that people will do what is in their own best interests doesn't it?
One small problem - a wee fly in the ointment. let me introduce to "the teenager". They don't care about what you care about. they don't care about 'fair', 'responsible', the future. They will do whatever they want to do? And what do they want to do?
