Another Day, Another Smoothie

Today I am grateful for my favorite healthy breakfast and for starting my day off right.

Ingredients:
  • banana
  • apple
  • tangerine
  • coconut protein
  • cacao
  • cinnamon
  • flax seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • a little bit of water
    (I totally forgot to put some oats which I usually use in smoothies)

I had this smoothie about half an hour after I got up and it filled me up so I had my first coffee two hours after smoothie. I managed to have only one coffee today. It's now 8:11 PM and I'm already so sleepy! Tomorrow I will write about my journey towards healthier life.

I never tried tangerine in smoothies, but looks nice. Will try it tomorrow. Thank you for sharing and a nice evening :)

I usually don't add tangerines but I had one so I decided to try it, it blended so well!

The smoothie sounds fine, but why give up on coffee?

Unhealthy diet and too much coffee brings back my health issues.
So I'm trying to make a balance with one cup of coffee a day but we'll see how that goes...
(the struggle is real, lol)

I've been plant based for 10 years and have never heard of coconut protein. I'm intrigued.

how many grams per serving of protein? the site didn't say.

It doesn't say on the packaging as well but I saw in one of their smoothie recipes on Instagram that they used 1 tablespoon of coconut protein so that's how much I usually for my smoothie as well. I am completely new to proper nutrition so I don't know much about it, to be honest.
