I like the idea of a more robust system for checking and testing node quality. The current system of if it send bad blocks to much = 24 hour ban, Isn't robust enough to do the job. Mainly because the 24 hour ban can cause more harm than good in some cases, (for example bugs in the software causing nodes to get banned all over the place, less nodes, less security etc.)
