Note to selves…
As the death tolls rise and the drama ensues...just keep planting seeds!!!
Most of what you see on the news does not directly affect you. Your job is not to spread the news for the media. Are you employed by them?
Your job is to survive yourself. To survive your own limiting beliefs. Don't let their stories place you in survival mode. You can't know ANY of it is true.
To find what is true...look at what's right in front of you. Make life more pleasant for the ones you cross paths with...whether humans, animals, insects, plants or bacteria.
Be the creator bliss and joy! Channel your unique gifts...and give them freely. Your work is what is placed directly in front of you.
If you're waiting for that special someone that gives you hope for humanity...simply BE that person...and put an end to the waiting period.

There is a beautiful, inspiring allegorical tale made into a movie called, "The Man Who Planted Trees." The gist of the movie is that one person can make a huge difference in the world, despite all the chaos and sadness that surrounds us...by simply giving our gifts, being in our passion flow and seeing the bigger picture.
Planting trees/seeds is both a literal and symbolic way that we can contribute to the stability and longevity of the self and the whole.
When we master the capacity to survive ourselves...by uprooting those limiting, out-dated perceptions of ourselves and the world...we can then give our unique gift...fully...planting seeds of hope...inspiring others to give their gifts as well.
Whether it's massaging people's feet, planting trees, picking up trash or greeting people with an open heart and smile...give your gift!!!
Don't let the "media" paralyze you. Sure, feel compassion for those who are suffering in this world. Feel it all the way if you need to. Pray for their suffering to end quickly. But realize the suffering ends within you first. And through the gifts that you give to end the suffering of those in your direct path.
