We used to live in Ontario (terrible winters) but have since started a homestead in Nicaragua. You can take the girl out of Canada, but you can't take Canada out of the girl!
Oooh Just beautiful, well done! I'm so happy you get to have such warm pleasant weather now. And that you are homesteading there! I bet you are learning and teaching a lot!
