It was completely mind-blowing listening to what @pgarcgo said about the economical situation in Venezuela. Also there was one steemian who won a trip to Steemfest that was paid by @cervantes. He could have easily kept the money to buy a house for his familiy in Venezuela, but instead he decided on traveling to Lisbon and participate in the conference. Moments like these were really inspiring to me during the past days!
