I've only heard of some of those guitarists so I'll have to check the others out. My guitar gods are Eddie Van Halen, George Lynch and Joe Satriani mainly, but others have influenced me as well such as Eric Clapton, Matthias Jabs, Yngwie Malmsteen and many others. I love the guitar and have started playing again after a hiatus of many years due to school, work and family.
Malmsteen was a great inspiration for me at some point and I have a lot of respect for all the others that you have mentioned. I don't know Matthias Jabs, will check him out!
Jabs is the lead guitarist for the Scorpions, as you probably know. He replaced Michael Schenker, the brother of the band's rhythm guitarist because Michael had a big ego and needed his own band.
