I don't blame kids for having screwed up brains with all the chemicals that they are exposed to from conception let alone how little nourishing food that the average person eats on the Standard American Diet (SAD).
Also if laws were put into place that held the owner of the gun used in a crime legally responsible if their kids use it would likely cut down on the number of people having access to guns. Maybe America also shouldn't make so many guns. That is just a thought as well.
Yes, legal repercussions could make a dent in this problem.
