Every country have military and police to secure people and the mother land! So, I don't think civilians need to keep guns to secure their personals! It also reveal that police and other securities are not good enough to secure civilians! As a result such crimes happens! Better stop issuing guns to civilian! And better police and other security agencies work better to make all safe!
