There are lots of expos and conventions in NYC, that i would love to be a vendor at. They are some of the biggest, but i wouldn't step foot in that state and that city.
New York City is just about as corrupt as Chicago, some day there little socialist paradise will end as more taxpayers flee to other parts of the country. Best to avoid New York.
