An entity (Threat Actor) is a set of attributes, an attribute-less entity (Threat Actor) is a contradiction in terms, therefore an attribute-less entity (Threat Actor) is impossible.
Who are the Threat Actors, who is behind this, are these entities State or Non-State Actors?
There is an explanation for everything, and an explanation seems to satisfy most of us.
We are satisfied with explanations, and explaining everything away we call knowledge.
We are caught by these explanations, as if any explanation is ever going to solve anything.
Explanations never bring about understanding, they never solve any problem.
We accept the explanation of war, we accept the explanation of terrorist attacks, we accept the explanation of death, and our minds become dull. A dull mind can not see, perceive, experience and is lost in explanations.
Explanations either your own or those of another will put you to sleep, and you will find explanations, but explanations are not truth.
Don't accept explanations, don't be satisfied with explanations.
Either you are merely following the words, the explanations or you are directly perceiving, experiencing what is described, which has much more significance, far greater validity, greater vitality then being satisfied with words and explanations.
So let us be very clear about where explanations end and real perception and experiencing begins. Perception and experiencing lies beyond the explanation.
Explanations can never lead to reality. However satisfactory the explanation may be, it can not give you the understanding that is born of direct perception and direct experience.
If you realize this very clearly, then you will never be satisfied with explanations. What you direct perceive, experience and know for yourself is far more valid then the explanations of all the various authorities, whether ancient or modern.
