New Skirt Design

Since I finally had reached the bottom of my skirt and apron orders, I was able to create a new design using a cute, plaid tablecloth I picked up at a garage sale. Which also means I was finally able to shoot a video on how to make your own patchwork skirt, but that will not be out until next week. Just had to get this out there because it turned out just like I had hoped when putting it together in my head. :)

Only thing is, this will be a one of a kind as there is not enough of the plaid to make another just like it.

Thanks for taking a look! ~ Heidi

UPDATE: Skirt sold already! That was fast!

Beautiful job as always!

Love the colors. A little patriotic!!!

Your skirt is adorable! I really need to do some sewing. Never seems like there are enough hours in the day!

O boy, I hear you there, I spend most of my sewing time making things for others, I am wanting to make another for myself soon but I prefer the four tier skirts, which take nearly twice as long.

Very cute! Have you seen the egg aprons? I have thought about trying my hand at one of those ! Can't wait to see the video

I have seen those and now that I finally have chickens, I just may consider making myself one :D

Yesss! I think if nothing else they are adorable, and I'm sure there is a market out there for it.
Lord knows I'll be wearing one of those to use for all the chores if I can get my hands on one.

I made my mom a skirt out of blue bandana lol she wore it couple times. She entertained me and wore it a couple times lol

haha! I think it sounds cute!

Nice Work! I like the design and they way you put all together.

Thank you! :D

Love your skirts :)

Wow Heidi, that was fast! Your skirts are beautiful and very comfortable. I wear mine alot❤Though I change if I am going to do chores, I do not want to get them dirty😁

Yes, I only have a couple of my handmade ones I wear for chores, my other ones are cheap store bought ones! haha
