You have a good routine going and a very positive outlook on life. Too much free time or misuse of time could cause a person to do things that are not in their best interest. A lot of people find that they do not have enough time in a day to spend with their significant other or kids. It is a burden to them that this is a priority in their life and that they have no control over it. They wish they could have a simple life like you surrounding the people they love.
