@jerrybanfield Your post are so inspirational, and up-lifting. I too, abused my body (and mind) for many years. At (57) I've probably abused myself for some (40) years. I went through rehab (3) times, and still kept poisoning my body. I finally was able to quit everything, and I've been living a clean, and sober life for many years now.
I'm jealous that you live so close to paradise (that beautiful beach). lol
