Let's start with two main parameters in what the joy depends on.

  • A healthy body, people think that body and soul is a very separate thing, that their mood is almost independent of physical sensations, the truth is very opposite, you may have eaten something unhealthy during the day that made you feel physically heavy and that makes you feel a little less happy, The fact is that people who are involved in sports suffer up to 90% less depression and anxiety than people who work in the office,

Most anti-anxiety treatments today are dealing with the body almost like a psyche if it is homeopathy, a somatic experience, and psychiatric pills.

  • The second thing is your thoughts, if you do not believe that being happy in a particular situation is a solution, you probably will not be happy no matter how healthy your body is
    You have to believe that the best way to deal with any problem (economic, medical, educational, religious, familial)
    It's in a positive mood! balanced.
    Anyone who believes that it is possible to solve his problems only under stress is in a difficult situation!
    The worst thing is when things really work out when you're in stress and then it gives you a confirmation that pressure is the way to deal with life.

Why do I say "believe"?

According to our instinctive logic, stress produces more immediate results.
It is very difficult to "believe" that lowering stress is vital and good for our future in every field

So for us to believe that joy and balance is the way to cope.

There are ten facts in which people who have coped with difficult situations have succeeded with balance and joy:

  1. Babies and children, we tend to think that adult life is more challenging while a child absorbs much more information and needs to deal with many more things than an adult!
    We tend to confuse responsibilities with stress. A child is exposed to much more stress in his life than an adult. We know that children are happier than adults because they know less and for many reasons, so they cope with their young lives better than adults even they have much more challenges than adults

  2. Andrea Pirlo One of the biggest players of the Italian national team FIFA World Cup 2006 said that before he won the World Cup he was in a hotel near the field ate well slept well and played in the PlayStation before he went to win the World Cup - without pressure he managed to get the World Cup!.

  3. It is well known that boxers and all others involved in martial arts must reach zen to achieve the best results in battle, one of the most important goals of a martial arts competitor is to "irritate the opponent", We would think that in something that seems so survival like fighting against someone else, the pressure will actually have a positive effect, so that's not the case.

  4. Large scientists bear witness to themselves such as Einstein and Newton that when they were satisfied and were in a balanced state they reached their greatest discoveries.

  5. In countries where marijuana use has been approved
    Usually the amount of road accidents has decreased!
    I'm not saying you have to drive a car under the influence of marijuana.
    But what probably happened to the researchers was that people were calmer and so the number of road accidents was smaller.

In conclusion

The pressure appears when needed! Trust your body that the pressure will be there when you do need it!
In order to achieve better results, do not worry and be happy and balanced.
You will earn two things, better results and you will benefit from your life ,happier life.

Yeah, The happier we are, the more efficient decision we can take. It needs our mind to be in stable to get the best result. In that way, we get more benefit and stay peaceful in our entire life.

If being sad, all the reasons will vanish. Then stay sad.

But if not, then stand up, go and change the whole scenario and create reasons to stay happy and make others happy. Just give a try. You have capabilities and you can do it.

It's so hard to be happy sometimes specially when unexpected things come your way that would break your heart. But I guess I'll just have to get over it right?

I know the best way is to be healthy and live happily but in case if we get sick, which one we should go first to get a better life... curing sick to be happy or be happy to cure the sickness?

in my opinion, the stress could arise from hope and the ideals that don't recall,
some cases also stress arising from the mental pressure is not able to be controlled,,!
If the brain to think of an issue and he was not able to find a way or solution it will be am committed. and the load will suppress one's soul.

Hi @amiramnoan your post grab my attention, it so nice to know that being happy makes us more productive individual it is really true i tested it for myself. I know not everything turns to be good, but always remember that in every situation there's always has a good reason..so always think positive because positive mind, bring positive result..

5 Simple Ways to Be Happy

  1. Before dinner each night, say one thing you are grateful for. (If you pray, then this can become part of your prayer as well.)

  2. Write a Thank You note to someone this week. If you can’t find anything else to thank someone for, then just write them a note to thank them for being in your life. Any time they spend with you is a gift because they could choose to spend it with someone else.

  3. Take 30 seconds to breathe. There is no easier way to make time for yourself and be grateful for your own existence than to breathe. Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose for a count of three and out through your mouth for a count of five. Do this 5 times.

  5. Call a friend that you haven’t talked to in a while. We live for close connection. Having Facebook friends and Twitter followers and a large network is great, but it lacks the meaning of close connection. Reach out to someone who is important to you. Talk about whatever the hell you want. You don’t have to say anything cheesy or uncomfortable. Just enjoy the conversation and be grateful for that person.

Yes I especially agree with attitude being important. You can eat a healthy diet but without a healthy attitude, you might throw up. What happened to all the good food? Right? Thank you for reminding me once again!

I totally agree with you @amiramnoam. Being under pressure is really not the best way to solve a problem. I have been in situations where something goes wrong and the tension is on the rise, people get to shout and scream and run around and all I do is sit back relaxed and have my thoughts hover around the possible solutions to the problem.

Being under pressure might work some people but the truth is that , you can never solve a problem fast enough or easily enough when you are under pressure. This is basically why many people don't like having women around when something goes wrong because the way the screen and cry can put you, who is trying to be calm under unnecessary pressure .

There is this joke I heard sometime ago. They said that the reason they asked women and children to enter the small boats during the Titanic maiden voyage mishap was for the men to have enough time to think up a possible solution to the imminent problem in a more relaxed and calm environment ...lolzz

This might sound like a joke but it makes much sense to me though .

stress sometimes does miracles. The more stress i get, the more determined i become.
Its upto us whether we change it to disguise or blessing

Honestly, I find the most happiness in attempting to help others get their own.
Mainly that's my wonderful girlfriend, whom I still can't fully believe that she would be willing to go out with me, but it has still been the most wonderful time.
Of course there's my friends and family, too, although I don't keep in touch with those just quite as often, mainly by issue of distance.
This joy in socializing I found IS a drastic difference of how I used to be in my youth, where I'd just hole myself up in my room and stick to myself all day, happy to be alone, but that just goes to show how many different forms happiness can take, isn't it?

A healthy body leads to a healthy mind but not dependant on a healthy mind. Belief brings us beyond what our body limits us. Nick Vojucic seems really happy even though his body has more limits.
