Take a minute or two to sit down and think deeply about the fact that it's now 2019. If you have then good because now is the time to start freaking out so that by june we're done freaking out. Look back at 2018 and try to figure what you did good and what you did bad. Capitalize on the good and learn from the bad. Learn from your mistakes and move on. No dwelling on past transgressions.
Prioritize your resolutions. The one that haunts you most needs to get done like yesterday so that it paves way for the rest to get done as well.
All your choices have consequences so please endeavor to weigh the pros and cons before you make an objective choice. Also an extra brain is always helpful in weighing in on confusing situations. They see what you can see. Do not settle for your comfortable zone. Try something new everyday if the chance presents itself.
Lastly, eat healthy. Drink lots of water. Shower. Moisturize your skin. Dress smart. Smell good. Be polite. Be smart.
