The State of Hawaii created a campaign to offer prizes donated by various businesses in Hawaii for people that got vaccinated.
We registered but then found out that we are not eligible because one of us works for the Department of Health.
This is an interesting campaign to get people vaccinated.
The interesting thing is that Hawaii is a very anti-gambling State. The gambling law in Hawaii is mainly based on a "house" making a profit and since there is no monetary transaction these types of promotions are not "gambling."
