I came back from holidays on Sunday and checked my HBD savings (on my main account) using PeakD. It said I could claim interest in 3 days. So I checked again this morning and, to my surprise, PeakD displayed that I could claim interest ... in 3 days!
Anyone knows if the hive.blog front-end allows interest claim? I couldn't find an interface for that specific action.
Anyway, I posted this in order to use the blockchain as a "timestamp server": the picture I uploaded could have been made earlier than today, but not later than today (unless I've discovered a way to time-travel).
So if I get the same "3 days" tomorrow, it means the problem is not excessive consumption of wine (or old age) on my side, but rather a software problem
I tossed some HBD in savings to test the interest feature and have been wondering about that cryptic message in PeakD. Do we have to claim the interest or does it show up in our account automatically?
I figure that it is a matter of waiting and seeing.
I claimed it once last month and it worked. Otherwise, if you don't claim it, it is supposed to be given to you automatically when you withdraw your savings, so the "claim" feature is not essential, just a nice to have. But still, I wanted to "claim" 😄
