Nowadays it's very difficult to stay Healthy. Many Diseases like Blood Pressure, Diabetics are common for people. We are taking pills to control this slow killing Diseases which is not good.
Self-Healing is an ability which can cure any Disease without taking pill or ingestion. Self-Healing is not so popular that is why peoples don't believe in it. But Self-Heling is very Powerful.

So Here are the 10 steps that can get you healing power.
1 Focus on Health and Healing rather than Disease.
2 Find good reasons why you want to heal
3 Give Specific ''ORDERS'' to your body and mind what you want it to do.
4 See the Disease as an Opportunity.
5 Imagine that you are healing from Inside.
6 Never give up the hope/ Trust.
7 Do Meditation Every day for Relaxation.
8 Give your body proper Nutrition and proper rest.
9 Feed your body with Joy, Laughter, and Harmony.
10 Love Yourself.

Self-Healing is not easy it can take some time so don't stop it after 1-2 weeks.
