Optimistic Person vs Pessimistic - by @dcrypto

We want to be optimistic but fail sometimes unknowingly.

We find a lot of people around and we think their influence can be affected by the way we behave, which can be a reason. Coming to optimists and pessimists people, an average human cannot be 100% optimist or a pessimist either, but shows his qualities somewhat related to optimism or pessimism. Being an optimist would be a great idea, on the other hand, many people don’t agree with the concept of optimism as thinking positive may lead to unwanted consequences.

So, who are the optimists? They are happy, satisfied, and excited in every moment, with all positive thinking going on his/her brain. Since some people believe positive thinking never works, I think that our mental health will only improve when we are an optimistic person. We bother much about our physical health, yet feel negative, tired and depressed when something unwanted situation happens, which leads to a damaged psychological health.

Therefore, in order to be healthy all the time, control your feelings and try to do some other work which makes you happy at the moment. Learning how to control your emotions and feeling are such important things in order to become an optimistic person. The main difference between this two kind of people are when an unwanted and catastrophic event has taken place, the optimistic feels it is a temporary event and last only for few days or months, and he thinks it will not affect his future, on the other hand, pessimist feels bad about the consequence and start feeling miserable an never forgive himself for doing that. A single failure affects the pessimist in such a way that they think it’s their fault and they can’t do anything. Optimists, on the other hand, take this as a lesson and feels it rather improves his future than destroying.

The most important thing to be noticed is that when optimist met with any kind of consequences, he/she thinks it has nothing to do with himself since the problem can be from environment or atmosphere where things are out of control, pessimists, on the other hand, think environment has nothing to do with the result and feels he must have worked hard before.

I feel positive thinking is the key to success, yet I fail to do that sometimes. However, I try being an optimistic person ignoring all the other stuff which is bothering so much.

It's not about what happens to us but how we react to it, the perspective we decide to view it.
I believe one must always find a balance, because going on the extreme on both sides will hurt. However it's always helpful to tilt more to the positive side.
Indeed life will be less of a burden if we have positive outlook.

Create some strong, Others Make Their strength themselves..

This is not a Riddle or a kind of manipulation of words, it is the fact we live and we are witnessing when many.

The latent force inside us, when needed, and is also the erupting inside us when our thirst to the best.

This great force in its reaction and sense, be meant to us and the Dusun became our haven whenever devastated us life and manage, whenever we faced the bitter facts and difficult, whenever we fought the battles for survival and success..

The force that we forge, it is the most amazing and beautiful, which stems from our weakness and inability to capitulate in some times. Is the force that could tell from the tears and fear of failure and retreat, and of inaction, is the force that what we have labored like nothing can stop it.

This is just my thought, if one must worry for any reason, at least, it should be for issues we can control, not environmental issues we absolutely have zero control over

Thats right but do you thing that if you worry about it than its make this issues better ?
If worry does not have solutions it's just noise that only distraction you from living your live

i wanna be a optimists. But sometime negative thinking come on my mind.

i think being both is necessary but with the right balance. there is such a thing as "unrealistic optimism" where one becomes extremely optimist and not see the dangers ahead. ergo,nit being cautious of one's action. so a little pessimism is necessary to caution one in making decision. this enables the individual to take a look into things with caution and positivism.

Naturally, we go through peaks and valleys on a weekly basis. Actually, it's not bad being in the valleys. Acknowledge that and OK that. It's OK to feel down, it's ok to feel negative. It's a natural cycle. In fact, when we are at our peaks, we are closer to hell. When we are at the buttom, we are really in heaven. Enjoy both positive and negative thinking.

I used to be a pesimistic person bur luckily it changed and now for most of the time I'm optimistic:) Helps me reading books about self-development and watching and listening optimistic people who I admire!

I certainly agree that positive thinking is the key to success in life. Being able to handle difficult issues or disasters in a positive way is a sign of personality strength and is allied to other advantageous traits such as determination and willpower

Having said that many intelligent people suffer from self doubt at one time or another. Even the great Winston Churchill did apparently but his inner strength of resolution overcame this. I believe it is a matter of getting things into perspective when things go wrong in your life. It rarely turns out to be as bad as you first thought.

Certainly the mind has power over the body and positive thinking, i.e. optimism, helps enomously when combatting serious illness such as cancer.

I don't know whether the predominance of optimism is genetic but it doesnm't hurt to believe that you can train your mind to think more optimistically - Hey let's do it!

At first I didn't understand what you were saying but yessssss, I have the same conversation with some people. It hurts me in a way to look at someone I care about posting all this stuff just to get attention. Like I don't understand how they don't have the respect and confidence for themselves, like what I see in them. ..But I do have to say relating back to the topic, I think this is more pessimistic thinking 😂😂 instead i should say, "Awe! I'm glad they know how to use a phone and technology!" 😂
