Questioning the bra, lately many discussed the issue of women's freedom to use breast protectors. Health reasons, aesthetic reasons, comfort reasons, to reasons related to feminism are scattered.
October 13 is celebrated by most women as No Bra Day, aka the day when women are free not to wear bras all day. Related to health, which one is actually healthier, using a bra or not?

Bra is used because of fear of the breast will 'sag' and not tight, other than that aesthetic issues. But according to Geraghty and other experts, in fact it is not influenced by the use of a bra, but it depends on how many times she had a pregnancy.
A study conducted by Jean-Denis Rouillon for 15 years, concluded that bras actually have no benefits, even actually hurt or dangerous. In his study, 300 women aged 18-35 who did not eat bras had muscle tissue that would naturally support their breasts.
"Meanwhile, when we wear a bra, the material 'cup' limits the ability of the breast to grow this supporting tissue. The result, Rouillon believes that wearing a bra actually makes our breasts more quickly 'sagging'," said the study.
But does this mean that women should stop wearing bras? Rouillon reminded that if you have worn it for about a decade, then don't stop it because it will not be of any use by then changing to not wearing it.
