Haha yeah, Asprey is an excellent internet marketer. I used to listen to his Podcast in the early days, but when they started to become hour long sales pitches I had to give up. He has built a new niche though, and he's killing it these days.

Collagen is great - just make sure you get the green label great lakes collagen (hydrolysed) otherwise it will thicken up if the temperature cools.
