You're welcome! It's my go to when I notice my emotions start to get out of control. To top it off, I usually have a small jar of passion flower, lavender flower and chamomile handy for a sneaky nightcap before bed if I know I'll struggle to sleep. You could add a small amount of valerian to the mix if you like also but that stuff can be pretty heavy and leave you feeling groggy in the morning! Happy tea time!!! :)
