The main ingredient of apple cider vinegar is acetic acid that delays the digestion of starch helping to reduce the increase in glucose that commonly occurs after meals. It also helps to lose weight by breaking down fats instead of storing them.

To reduce weight add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a bottle of mineral water and drink the mixture throughout the day.
To consume it directly, mix 1 tablespoon with a glass of water or tea, as it is very weak.

Not because this last one is not the least important, I mention it last because since I drink apple cider vinegar I have reduced weight, and I notice the decrease of fat in my body, my belly has been de-inflamed, excellent for the request of weight

Wow! That's a lot of different kind of uses of the apple vinegar. Good job! I used it only mixed with bicarbonate of soda as a cleaning product and it really works. I will try what you suggest as well.
