If you are making an effort to better your health and wellness, and try to define what health supplements you should take for better health, you will be bombarded from the ends of the earth with what supplements that has the ability to you and will leave you spinning in confusion. There are countless amounts of healthy compounds for you to consume for a variety of health benefits.
If you are trying to achieve a specific result, you will have specific compounds which would be very helpful to you. The issue is when you want to have a supplement to improve your general health, what do you take then? You can't possibly take everything.
Just on the topic of Superfoods alone, the list is so long, most people do not know where to begin. Especially when you are simply looking for something to aid your overall well-being.
So why not start at the epicentre. The piece that holds life on earth together.
Didn't see that one coming eh. Think about it though. The sun is solely resposible for life on earth. If there is no Sun, there isn't life to be had. So the sun, is the definitive core, and source of life itself. So what I mean is, if you want to improve your general health, consume more of the sun.
Eating the Sun sounds like quite the challenge huh.. Well, you can consume the second closest thing to the Sun.
You can consume what plants turn sunlight into, Chlorophyll.
If you remember your biology class back in school, sunlight is converted by plants, and stored as chlorophyll to be converted into energy!
Chlorophyll is the Sun converted into cells. So to consume more Chlorophyll, is to consume more of the Sun!
Chlorophyll is what makes plants green, so remember the age old saying, "Eat your greens if you want to be healthy"? Well, in essence, they meant chlorophyll.
Nowadays, it's esier than ever to do so, as you can just purchase chlorophyll supplements in powder, tabler or liquid form.
So how does Chlorophyll aid your health?
Well, it helps in basically every way you can imagine.

Now that's a list of benefits. The funny thing is, I had to shorten the list in an effort not to bore the living hell out of anyone reading. That's pretty crazy. Somehow it makes sense, that the bringer of life of all variation, would be able to aid in life in all variation.
My Personal Experience With Chlorophyll
This is the only supplement that I religiously consume on a daily basis, except, when I am fasting. It is by-far, the most general purpose supplement anyone can consume and has no age limit, no maximum amount you can consume. Just like the sun itself, it is for anyone and everyone.
Short of the laundry list of facts about what the benefits of chlorophyll are, there are many things that I consume, and quite honestly, take it in good faith that the 'benefit' of consuming those things actually doing so, because, for the most part, I can't tell. Maybe it's just me, but for the most part, I may feel 'generally better' but to say I can feel how this supplement or another is making me feel better is just not a real experience I ever have.
With chlorophyll however, for me at least, I couldn't miss it.
After I began consuming chlorophyll daily, the most noticeable thing was how it caused my body to purge impurities directly out of my body through the skin. It started out with my armpits, where boils started appearing, just below the skin. Slowly, they become more and more pronounced, and eventually broke out of the skin and came out as balls of disgusting, stinky balls of pus! This happened multiple times, in more places than just under my armpits.
As disgusting as that sounds, I would much rather these balls of impurities which were sitting within my body, which may very well be affecting me internally in some way, or if left unchecked, may continue to coagulate till it becomes a much bigger problem and cause clogging in my body.
I would very much rather these balls of impurities not be in my body.
It seems with the regular consumption of chlorophyll, it, by some magnificent power, pushes out impurities from my body by any means necessary, even if that means directly out of your skin. I have never experienced anything quite like this out of all of the supplements I consume on a daily basis, and I consume a lot of natural health supplements.
I am of the honest to God belief, that chlorophyll is some level of mysterious magical properties that we do not understand. From it's ridiculously long list of health benefits, which I had to shave down, to it's literal visible effect on my body, it is by far, my most important supplement.
If I had to give up my cardboard full of natural health supplements and only could take one thing, it would undoubtedly be chlorophyll hands down, it is literally the core of what natural healing represents, and I will recommened it to anybody and everybody.
