This is scary! There is a video on Twitter that's going viral right now that shows the police chasing a woman,when they finally catch her they drag her out of the car with such force and tackled her to the ground they ended up breaking her neck and killed her!
All because she was supposed to be locked in her house, for whatever reason she was out and it ended badly. The situation is terrifying and troubling!
