Breakfast was the first meal I did away with when I started becoming fat adapted. I probably had only missed a handful of breakfasts in the past 20 years prior. Now I only occasionally eat it with my wife on the weekends. I don't miss it at all and enjoy extending the fasting window. Thanks for the comment.
