There is no doubt that eating our fruit and veggies is better for our overall health. Does this study also include factors like whether or not you are active? Do you exercise, have an active social life and keep your brain stimulated with activities other than sitting in front of the TV? All these things play a part in our over health and well being. A bit part of the Keto diet or paleo diet or whole 30 diets, is the fact the advocate organic, fresh foods. No additives. The chemicals and additives that are found in processed foods are killing us.

howdy again cecicastor! again I couldn't agree more! lol. I haven't even heard of the whole 30 diets but as far as that study goes I didn't read that much of it, it got into clinical language that was losing me! lol.
