Good morning boss, i have just gone through all, and they are making a lot of sense.

The fourth tips talking about talking to one's self, i do it alot and people see it as not okay, but then it works so well for me, and i so enjoy doing it, even to read, if i want to comprehend faster, the best option for me is just to read out and it works well.

On taking good sleep, alot of people do neglect that but even if one is able to function with little or no sleep, the effects will still be evident in the person's health.

I could go on and on.
