It happens that even if you have eaten a large plate of food you are hungry or after a few minutes you feel that feeling of wanting more?

The brain as glucose (which can come from food or fat reserves) so studying a lot may also require eating more than normal.

If you do not eat enough for what your body demands, you will be hungry at every moment.

It is also important to eat enough protein, since these are the main nutrients for the body, if you do not eat enough protein your body will not have energy. The protein is obtained from a variety of foods but the most important are those of animal origin, since its protein is essential for us.




How many times do we eat and at what times?


Many people believe that they need it with 3 meals a day. Error! They are more, at least 5 meals minimum. Why? Have you done fasting when you will do blood tests? It is the same, the body goes into a fast when it has time without eating, this causes the energy reserves of the body to be consumed.

It is advisable to eat several 5 or 6 times a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, and intermediate meals between these; thus the body will not feel that it will enter fasting.



It does not mean that in the middle dishes should be equal to the main dishes; they can be simply snacks, snacks, snacks, etc.


If you still feel the need to continue eating I recommend that you drink a glass of water before and after each meal, as they say in the other answers. I also use that method and it dampens a bit.


But if it is more serious, it is a matter of going to a nutritional specialist or doctor to evaluate if it is not a pathology.
