No no am not mocking you, just sacarstic. Just letting you know that some studies are nonsense because we can't live with 100% pure things in our environment.
On the choices of food, I always believe in detoxing your body. So it does not matter what food or water you take, there will always be toxic.
On issue of outliving, everyone will get there to the end someday. So please dun fear death so much.
I don't fear death at all....I value my quality of life, however.
