Oh man, sorry to hear this; and good to see you back. I use Flux as well; and I set my night setting to one below the default setting. Works really well for me...

Thank you @cryptogee I'll tweak the settings on Flux and see if that improves things. My eyes still feel strained even with Flux. But that'll change I hope!
