I use GABA via medicine route @nainaztengra. It makes me feel relaxed and helps me to sleep well. It makes me tolerate the cold and hot weather, it sheds some of my nerve pain caused by my backbone problem. i could say that it makes me happy. :D

Yes it is also found in brown rice if you cook the rice well :D
