I have never been on a diet, or a strict regime when it comes to food, but I have seen "Intermittent Fasting" being mentioned a few times here in steem so there might be a trend with this technique?

Do you think its worth it to give it a try?

Yes, IF is being so popular because there is not food restriction involved in it. The idea is just to fast for 16 hours so that your insulin level decreases. I would really suggest that you try it if you want to improve your health. But before that, please read the whole IF article in the reference, it will help you understand it more :)
