I agree letting go is important but from personal experience I find talking about it is the only way to do that, I think there are people who are generally happy who are able to share their ears to help lift someone up, and those like myself who genuinely care about making the world suffer just a little less. Making pain and the relapse into depression less and less likely. like decentralizing wealth and knowledge, we need to decentralize ourselves and make room to accept everyone on the planet as equals, capable of making informed decisions. whether people chose to is another story. There will always be good and bad people,there will always be mental illness, but allowing good people around the world to have a voice with someone to listen is crucial for human evolution.

For what appear as a kind act,like feeding a homeless, there are two parties involved. The existence of both is equally important. Without one of them the action will never happened. The giver and the taker. Who should be praised for the kind action? I leave the answer to you.
