I started getting sick 18 day ago. This has basically brought my workout to a complete halt. This is so frustrating and I can feel myself getting weaker. It will be a good little reset for my body though. I have been losing weight. Almost 12 lbs in the 18 days.
I am starting to get my appetite back and I hope to be out and about this week more than I have been in the past 2 week. I might even 5k steps on day and do a actifit post. 🤣
So I had a bacterial sinus infection and bronchitis. Bad combo!
I am still having trouble talking. I hope I can get over that by tomorrow since I have about 8 hours of meetings I have to talk in.
