Great job! I'm currently losing as well, and have been doing so for some time so I can't really remember when I started either. For me it was to stop eating emotionally and I cut out sugar. It's funny how your tastes honestly change so what you used to crave you not only don't any longer but when you try it out of curiosity you think, "Um, I don't even like this, too sweet!" Good job and hope I can be as successful at it as you have been. :) Following now, too.

And yes!! I know it would have been awhile since having sweets and I'd think to myself, "what the heck? I'll have some as a treat!" So then I'd try it and almost gag. Lol!
Just keep going and you will be, you'll have to keep me updated :)
